Preferred Times: Note that we will take about 30 persons maximum for a session of 40-45 minutes, then a second group of 30 persons can arrive. Please do not elect to come before 09:30 am or after 16.00 pm. Times which I am not available: Mon. morning, Wed. and Frid. afternoons.
Payment: This can be done by cheque on the day (tick here if this option is OK ), or we can provide an Invoice on the day and you send us a cheque (tick here if this option is OK ). The price is $7.70 per person, $0.70 of this cost goes to GST.
